My car was towed yesterday by P S Towing. I called them a little before 6:00 and they informed me that the basic towing was going to cost me $475. Apparently this includes a $200 towing fee, an extra $100 because of the way my wheels were turned. $75 just for landing in their lot then another $100 for an after service fees (6:00pm). They added at the end that if I came the next day between 8:00 and 5:00 I wouldn't have to pay the after hour fee.

Is this legal? Can this towing company get away with this?
