I know Susan also, she is my neighbor. She is a little retarded. Her whole live is a screwed up mess. She tries to force people into giving her services for free. She just got out of prison about 3 years ago for fraud also. Nail her ass to the wall.IP: Logged |

She had her Vehicle done at this repair shop, a new engine installed. She wanted to pick the vehicle up without paying. She stated she wanted to check all the vin numbers. I told her we can do that right now. (her motor was blown up). We had the warranty from the engine place also. The truth is she had no money to pay, she left the vehicle for 9 months until she could come up with the 1400.00 dollars.IP: Logged |

Hey Derk in your last two posts, the words (I,We and He) were used.What do you mean? Are you the mechanic? It sure sounds that Way.Last evening you mentioned that the customer asked to see the vin #'s and you said quote" I can show you the vin numbers". What kind of mechanic are you that a customer has to ask to see the vin #'s. Wow! You must be the Mechanic. The customer is usually the one that is right. What kind of policies do you have ?Do you have a business Code of Ethics Anywhere that can be seen by customers when they walk in the door and if so what are they? Usually the core values of the business are printed in the Mission Statement and is readily accessible to the public.Do you have a Mission Statement? And lastly,if you are the mechanic isn't your name Jim! Why hide behind the name Derk ? It sounds real DORKY.
