Had my car back at carmax for repairs covered in their 30 day warranty, one of which was some minor body work. When I picked up the car it had 80 extra miles on itfirst story had it a a body shop 15 miles away which left about 50 miles unaccounted for
Second Story had it in the same place with the shop owner admitting to using it to drive one of his people back to carmax to pick up another car, that still leaves 20 miles unaccounted for and of course the extra trip is no authorized
Third story has it at another shop altogether, now about 30 miles away which leaves still 20 miles unaccounted
Their position - we've done nothing wronf, we'll detail the car for you
Any attorneys out there interested?
