BMW X5 to carmax on October 12 for warranty repairs. Car returned nine (9) weeks later on Dec. 15. Car back to Carmax on Dec. 28 for more work. Jan 5 still no idea of when car will be returned. Letter to President and Customer service not responded to. BBB no help. State Office of Consumer Affairs -No help. any advice would be appreciated.

All ended well. Car returned on Jan 8. running beautifully. Service manager was great, Offered me nice cars to drive during that stressful period. Virginia Department of Consumer affairs eventually got involved and was able to get me 2 free oil services. the cars computer has not told me that i need them yet.

I think i will continue to do business with Dilles VA carmax.
