I was so aggrevated at the Black Bear Auto repair shop in Bristol, Ct that I decided to post a complaint. This buisness not only repairs cars but also air conditioning, now I don't really know to much about this type of repair but you might think they would have some type of charge to check your car on "the machine"...apparently the "gentleman" at the shop was to busy for my questions and would not even give me a guess as to what it would cost?? (Which I would probably need to save for the fix) I had spoken to the woman that was there while the man was on the phone and she said they didn't even have any openings for air cond. repair because they had so many...soooooooo you would think that he would have some time for a potential customer...also I am female...and I truely believe this is the reason for the COLD SHOULDER!! What a horrible experience.....I walked out saying "Thanks for nothing!"...he even said "your welcome"....what a LOSER!!!!!
