DAVID MARSDEN ANDERSON III (DOB 10/27/44)(Can I give out more of his personal information without getting into trouble??)
During our divorce hearing six years ago (adultery - which he did not contest since he was caught in the act), my then-husband was given possession of a truck and I got the car. We were both ordered to submit the necessary paperwork to have the other removed from the respective titles. I did so. He did not. And I've just learned that he has not paid his insurance premiums -- for a long time. The fine accrues daily and at this point it's well over $1,000. The MVA has also suspended his license and registration. They also did the same to mine.
When I went to MVA to get it straightened out and show them my Court Order, etc., they told me that:
(1) either my ex had to come in, take care of the fine, and then file the paperwork; or
(2) that I could file a Complaint in Court using his last known address, publish it for a few weeks, and then have the Court order MVA to remove my name. But that will take a couple months to do.
I can't find him since all of his new addresses begin with PO Box. He disappeared shortly after his bankruptcy, which he filed a week or two after our divorce and listed me as a creditor to get out of a payment that the Divorce agreement stated that he was to pay me. So, if there's anyone out there who knows this person, please tell them to take care of this now!! Thanks
