I brought a 98 Honda Civic it was new when I purchased it. I have been taking to the dealer every year for the air conditioner which it still isnt working right, it continues to blow out hot air, they have and it in their job numerous of time and it still isnt working,now they want me to pay for a part that is needed, I am out of warranty and my complaint to them is that when it was in warranty it wasnt working why do I have to pay.
