A love interest that I had spent the last year on up and decided that she didn't want anything to do with me,because I lied about my past.I lied to protect her and anyway she had no business knowing that I have a Felony conviction.Well she found out and to make sure she made my life a living hell she filed a complaint for trespass and harrassing communications.I will beat both cases in January because there is no proof or intent.I need some ideas on how to make her life as uncomfortable as possible without it comming back to me.All ideas are welcome and might be used.IP: Logged |

fedupwithit......The fact is you started this relationship off with a lie and I am sorry but I believe it was to protect yourself more than her. Now when the truth is discovered you become defensive, angry and revengeful. You should have had enough respect for this lady to tell her the truth from the first. Please for your own sake let this go, it will only cause more bad feelings for the both of you. If you had a felony conviction and have hopefully gained some insight from your punishment then why would you subject yourselve to possibly more trouble in the future...all for revenge against a lady that you lied to in the first place? Instead next time you begin a relationship be honest from the start and give the person the opportunity to decide if the conviction is something they can except and build your relationship with honesty. You are correct the relationship was started on a lie.I should have had the guts to tell her the truth and let her make the choice,but I didn't and that is my problem.The fact that when she found out and filed complaints is what bothers me.We have talked since and she says that she didn't sign any warrents.Three days later I am going to jail for warrents she didn't sign?WTF?I have also found out she lied to me about her kid who died,it didn't,it was taken away from her for being an unfit mother!She also lied about her past,and to top it all off she was seeing one of my so called friends while we were together.I have taken care of him,but I feel she is due a good case of revenge.Only problem is it can in no way be connected to me.IP: Logged |

I have finally gotten my revenge.First I had her new cop boyfriend fired from his job.Then I had her car reposessed.Now I have gotten her kicked out of her apartment for lying on the application.HOW SWEET IT IS.I have been quite busy getting my revenge,but it sure is worth it.IP: Logged |

However, it is that you have convinced yourself that a partner to you has no right to know about a felony is just the most stupid thing I have heard this month and believe me at the courthouse I have heard some dumbass shit.... Sure DCI is following her because of an association to you and she smokes a joint in the car and bam her life could be changed because of you, but had you told her maybe she would have been more careful (just a scenario) Or maybe your a baby raper...LOL I mean who cares if it ain't child molster charges? Ok so you made some good points.I should have never lied,but she should have either when she found out I was a felon.She started dating the cop to frame me,but it back fired badly.You are right in our criminal justice system money talks and bullshit walks.I had the money to get a charge of attempted murder droped down to assault 2nd with no time to serve and unsupervised probation.To tell the truth I found out a lot about this woman when she started pressing false charges against me.She is a felon herself,her car was taken by deception in another state,and she is not really who she claims to be.Getting her car returned to its lawful owner was something I felt that needed to be done.As for her boyfriend he was fired for his involvement in making false reports against me and living with a felon,so that was his dumbass mistake.As for the apartment I felt it was in the landlords best interest to know the risk of renting to such an individual,he made the choice to evict her on proof I provided.As for our criminal justice system I have been exonerated of all charges and my record expunged of all arrests.I hold no ill will in respect to the underpaid men and women on the local police force.As for her I got revenge in a legal manner with minimal time and effort on my part.She got what she deserved,only part I hate is me being a lawful taxpayer will have to support her sorry ass for the next 5-15 years while she is in prison.Granted I made a mistake by not telling her I almost beat a guy to death in a bar fight because he hit my date across the face,but I wasn't the only person who didn't disclose all that happened in their past.I have learned to be up front and let whoever I am with know about the conviction and if they are fine with it ok,but if they are not who the hell needs them anyway.This is the only thing in my life that I have done to be in trouble with the law.Granted I am ashamed of it,but I am not going to lie and say I didn't do it.Damn right I did,I do not believe any man should ever hit a woman for any reason,and I lost my temper for him doing so in my presence.Granted I should have stopped when I knocked him out,but I didn't and he ended up almost loosing his life because I lost my temper.I feel bad about it,and have paid him damages and restitution and set up a fund for his daughter to go to school on in the future.He made a mistake,and so did I.We have become good friends and have no hard feelings against the other.If I do something I take 100% responsability for it,but the shit she said I did I wasn't even in the state when it happened.Everyone has opinions,and I thank everyone for their's,but untill all the facts are presented opinions can make you look like fools. I really don't care what you were in trouble for....who am I to really judge others. Now suddenly you decide your not going to lie about your felony, but yet did to a woman with whom you sought a relationship with? Get over being embarassed. Your going to have to do that to ever go on with your life....and as we all know tomorrow will always come whether we chose for it to or not. We all have a past....some shall we say, have more of a colorful past than others. You could have done worse...who is to say? I am in total agreement with your statement.I was being childish and not facing the facts like I should have.They say time heals one's pain,but time has taught me to face the past as the past and look foward to the good I can do in the future.There is a lot of good in life but I got caught up in the past,and was too ashamed to tell anyone about it,even when it could directly have an effect on their lives.I guess I have grown in the past year and managed to face things I didn't want to face this time last year.The City council sent me a letter this week stating how sorry they were that this happened,but they were really letting me know they hope I don't sue them for this.I replied back that there is enough lawsuit abuse in this state,and I had no intentions of sueing them(or anyone else for that matter)because I personally believe it is a waste of time.I don't hold the city responsable because one of their officers made a stupid choice.They fired him,so he will never be able to be an police officer again,and that is good enough for me.Now I can move foward and not have any of this experience bother me again. As for the ACLU I really don't want anything to do with a lawsuit.I am not like that.Our legal system is clogged up enough with lawsuits and I don't want to add to it.As for the cop he lost his certificate in this state so he can't be a cop in my state anymore.As for another state I really don't know,but they fired him and did not give him the option to resign,so that will look pretty bad no matter where he goes.In fact my best friend ran into him late Saturday night at a gas station.Come to find out he works at that gas station slinging slurpies and day old donuts.To be honest the thing that hurts the most is I was taken for a fool in this whole situation.Granted I was not honest with her,but when I found out all the crap she had done and been charged with,I was shocked!
So you ride also?That has been my salvation through this whole ordeal.I sold my Fatboy and bought a "Build Your Own Bike"kit from Custom Chrome.I finished it last month and that has been my stress relief since.As for finding a woman to share my life with,I am not looking,but that usually means I will hit the jackpot soon enough  .Just think it has taken me almost 30 years to come to the decision that I have finally grown up.Well we all learn from our mistakes,and I sure have learned from this one.I am sorry if I seemed like an asshole in my earlier posts,but there was a lot of information I didn't know at that time,and I was too ashamed to let my past out in the open.Thanks for the input be it positive or negative,because it made me realize that I need to let it all out.

You are an more understanding person than most.. Some poeple harbor hate till the point it is all consuming which is a really bad thing. Little tricks and pranks are ok IMO, but pure violence against another is taking it way too far..
