Cynthia, slow down to one sentence at a time and not in caps on the internet. You say you have proof of something, not sure what it is. Go see a medical malpractice attorney, IF you have a case (and they feel it will win) they take in on aa contingency fee basis(meaning you don't pay up front, their costs come off the end)
Just remember, attorneys can be as bad as doctors. As I said, med mal attorneys only take a case they feel will win out of court so they can collect a good amount of money FAST unfortunately.
Perhaps you should get your records and your paperwork organized while looking for a lawyer. What exactly did they do wrong?
