I paid Survey-Platinum 34.95 on July 28,2004 to have access to paid survey websites. Their policy was that if after 75 days you did not earn your 34.95 back from doing surveys that you would get a refund. After 90 days all sales are final. So on October 10, 75 days later, I emailed them for a refund because I only made 5 dollars. They told me to check their refund policy( which changed without notification). I have been contacting them everyday via email and they tell me to send a money request via Paypal (which I used to pay them) or they tell me to check their policies. I have told them that their product was defective and they have not given me my refund. I am not the only one this has happened to. Go to: http://ripoffreport.com/results.asp?q1=ALL&q5=survey+platinum&submit2=Search%21&q4=&q6=&q3=&q2=&q7=&searchtype=0 I have already contacted the Better Business Bureau and the District attorney's office of Illinois. Customers are having a hard time getting a hold of Survey-Platinum because their phone number is unlisted/unpublished. DONT BE FOOLED IP: Logged |

I signed up too, and when i did i thought.. "oops, maybe it's scam..".. i then searched google and found some forums like this one. i imediatly tried to get my money back. i've send them a mail, and they told me to send a money request with paypal. i did that, and the next day i had my money back, no askings, no problems.what you have to do is give a GOOD explanation of your problem. my problem was that i live in holland, and only 2 companies of the list did actually give money to dutch people. i told them that, and they gave it back. it's really not scam, it's just that they don't give money back without a good reason. All surveys on line or a scam! It would be safer for me to post that 99% are a scam. There might be a real one out there but I never found one. I assure you that you cannot make more than 10.00 a month for working full time weeding though your thousands of emails trying to sell you things and get free info from you. They should all be outlawed.IP: Logged |
