me know what type of service they really offer. If you get that type of
customer service over the phone, I can just imagine what type of service is
offered at the hotel.

We booked based upon a misleading Internet site which made the hotel look better than it was. The orginal room smelled strongly of mildew. We went to another room, which still smelled. The room was very run down,the upholstered furniture was torn, drapes off their hooks and bedspeads worn, over night we also found the air conditioner barely worked. We paid $115 for the night. We were going to stay two nights but decided to check out. Later that day we found a wonderful room for $79/night at a new Four Points Sheraton.
