We bought our computer components through Ability Computers during the month
of December 1999. Our "Elements" monitor, purchased through Ability, went
bad in April 2001. Since Ability stated a one year warranty it was up to me
to contact Elements on my own so that they could honor their three year
warranty. I found the Elements web site and contacted them via e-mail. After
two weeks of getting no response I went back to their web site and got a
phone number. The phone number was a wrong number the guy on the other end
sounded like he just woke up. It was a private home number as far as I could
gather.

I called Ability to see if they could help. After a little begging they
agreed to call Elements and get it straightened out. I told them if they
gave me the number I would call them myself. They refused to give me the
number and said they would handle it. To date they have handled NOTHING.
When I call all I get is the big blow off.
