Our "Elements" monitor, purchased through Ability, went<BR>bad in April 2001. Since Ability stated a one year warranty it was up to me<BR>to contact Elements on my own so that they could honor their three year<BR>warranty. I found the Elements web site and contacted them via e-mail. After<BR>two weeks of getting no response I went back to their web site and got a<BR>phone number. The phone number was a wrong number the guy on the other end<BR>sounded like he just woke up. It was a private home number as far as I could<BR>gather.<P>I called Ability to see if they could help. After a little begging they<BR>agreed to call Elements and get it straightened out. I told them if they<BR>gave me the number I would call them myself. They refused to give me the<BR>number and said they would handle it. To date they have handled NOTHING.<BR>When I call all I get is the big blow off.<P>||65.35.32.190||reg||
