Yesterday I had emergency mouth surgery. My dentist gave me a script for vicoden pain killer and told me to get it filled immediately and take it before the numbness wore off.We went to the drive-thru window at the Stockbridge, Ga CVS on North Henry Blvd.. We waited 20 minutes while a woman sat there and waited for her scripts to be filled. Which really pissed me off. That window is for dropping off and picking up only. Not for waiting in your car. At the window I asked the boy when they started letting people do that. He said there were complications and I said yeah,I bet! Then he said it would be an hour and a half before my script was ready. So after that time, I went into the store because I needed batteries. They first had to look for my written script. Then the same young man from the drive-thru BEGAN to fill it. The girl back there was ignoring me and snotty when she did speak. They waited on 3 people who came in after me and when the pharmacist layed my meds on the counter and said they were ready, the girl kept looking thru files on their computer. I pointed at the meds and said, "that's mine", she said "yes, just a minute". I said "I need that now, I'm in pain and my dentist wanted me to take it 2 hours ago. She came around and totaled my order and said they were very busy. True, but that's not why they made me wait 2 hours for my script. They were punishing me for daring to point out how slow they are. I've used that store for years, but that's it for me! Waiting is one thing, being put off and ignored is another. Save yourself some time and don't use this store. Drive 20 minutes to Atlanta and search for a new drug store, you'll still get done faster than going to CVS on Henry Blvd.||209.240.221.71||reg||
