This was to be the trip of a lifetime for them. They are on fixed incomes and my mother is disabled so they couldn't afford a trip like this. I thought this would be a good way for me to bring some joy into their life. WRONG!!!!! <P>When I gave them the trip info. that's when I found out that my dad has a heart condition serious enough that he cannot fly. I contacted ubid on numerous occasions and kept getting the run around. Finally they said that my dads problem wasn't any of their concern! Imagine how SHOCKED I was at their lack of concern for my fathers health!! <P>When I asked them for a refund of my $89.00, they kept passing the buck. All I wanted was the money back that I paid them for a trip my parents couldn't use. I strongly suggest that ANYONE using these people think long and hard about the illegal and unethical practices this particular company uses to rob the consumer of their hard earned money! <P> ||65.35.32.190||reg||

For that amt of money, your parents may have traveled in the baggage compartment of the plane. Their lodging would've prob been on the beach and I don't mean in a hotel!<BR>Consider that money invested in a good lesson about these type of so called services.||199.174.137.57||reg||

You can bet this was an EXPENSIVE lesson. One that I won't EVER make again. Thank you for your concern for my Fathers health.
