Mediaone was a role model company in uptime as well as customer service.<P>Now AT&T has purchased Mediaone. AT&T is exactly the opposite. Their service sucks. and they offer NO customer service. They advertise customer service available 24/7. If you have no life you can listen to AT&T's recording that, "as a customer you are important to us". You can listen to this recording for hours on end. Dies that tell you how important you actually are.<P>I'd love to sue AT&T to force then to divest of the old Mediaone customers, so we can choose a top tier provider. Anybody want to help?<P>This reminds me of Sunbeam from several years ago.
