I have never been so unhappy with a service provider. I use IE5.5 with outlook express and all my newsgroups are at least one full day behind. This has been an ongoing problem for the past three weeks. Internet sites I visit on a regular basis are now refusing to open. Any media provider,(windows media player, real player,ON2, quick time,)the streams will run for a few seconds then stop. The DSL service itself seems to be fine, it is the ISP, <A HREF="http://www.qwest.net" TARGET=_blank>www.qwest.net</A>  that is terrible. Repeated e-mails and phone calls to techs resolves nothing, all I get from them is a "be patient" or "I don't see the problem, your bandwidth is fine." What good is all the bandwidth if you can't open a site to use the bandwidth.
