We slept on floor and spent hundreds of dollars on buying new clothes, furniture and kitchen items in a small town.<P>They never disclosed details of insurance policy that they offered us Only on the day of pick-up. Did not return our calls after picking up our belongings. They damaged our 3,000 dollras worth bed set and 300 dollars worth study table in addition to many other things. <P>Despite a Replacement Cost Insurance, they made a unilateral assessment of the damage, refused to send an independent agent to assess damages and refused to accept the best possible evidence of cost that was available with us(credit card statement.
