Z||000000||MC||05-17-2001||05:05 PM||||I am out of northern Ohio and we used Premier Building and Home Improvement (owner Jason Zimmerman) We paid $6800 in October for a new roof and we now have to replace it and spend another $6800.  We had the city inspector here and he said that there was improper flashing around the chimney, no ventilation, shingles don't meet drip edge, drip edge not secure, and the valleys are coming up!  My friend also used him (on her rental)and was cited by the city inspector for improper installation and she has major water damage.  We will be taking him to court, but we have to come up with that money too!  He didn't have insurance, and he doesn't own anything so I guess we were screwed big time !!!!!  Just want to warn anybody looking to get their roofs done.  Thanks for hearing me out.||64.12.104.53||reg||

Plus the fact that in order for it to be warrantied, they can't just fix some of it.  Three estimates, and they all are over $5000.||152.163.207.46||reg||
