RECENTLY I PURCHASED TWO BIRTHSTONE KIDS CHARMS FOR MY MOTHER FRPM PIERCING PAGODA. AFTER TRAVELING FOUR HUNDRED MILES I FOUND THAT THEY WERE NOT THE SAME AS MY SISTER HAD PURCHASED FOR HER.
I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE SIMPLE TO PURCHASE NEW ONES AND RETURN THE ORIGINAL CHARMS WHEN I RETURNED HOME.WRONG!!!
I DID NOT HAVE THE ORIGINAL RECIEPT BUT DID HAVE MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT THAT THEY WERE CHARGED ON AND THE ORIGINAL TAGS WERE STILL ATTACTCHED. THE REFUSED A REFUND OR AN EXCHANGE. THEY STATED WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL RECIEPT THEY DID NOT HAVE THE INFORMATION NEEDED TO PROCESS IT.
WHY DO THEY HAVE COMPUTERS? I AM UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT MOST PEOPLE USE A CREDIT CARD SO THAT THEY MAY HAVE PROOF OF PURCHASE. I HAVE NEVER ENCOUNTERED ANYTHING LIKE THIS. MOST COMPANIES VALUE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.AFTER ALL I WAS NOT TRYING TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AYTHING BUT THERE MERCHANDISE.I URGE EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM PIERCING PAGODA!!!! YOUR SATISFACTION DOES NOT MATTER TO THEM!!!
