Email inquiries result in an automatic response telling me that the email system is backlogged, and after a full month, I still have not received a response by email. Customer support phone lines are open 24/7, but only result in busy signals or no answer (good music, though). Sales phone lines have you hold for upwards of 30 minutes then redirect you to phone lines that have no answer. I am trying to transfer six valuable domain names to a different register that is only $7/yr as opposed to Register.com's $35/yr. My new registrar, Powerpipe.com, has been trying for a full month to transfer my domain names, but is also getting no response:
