As of may 12 -01 I still have no internet connection,
Copys of this E-Mail and all files I have on record have been sent to BBB and the FTD,seems we can't resolve this no service or refund issue,I will proceeded to the next step...

I have not been able to get online now for three days, I have called support to no avail,(answering machines,than they don'r work) I have E mailed with no reply,seems this is a constant problem with you people,I signed up Dec 05 2000 and coulden't get connected for two days, I have had my passwors and user names changed 6 times, I have copys of all,(with no e mail what soever from you about the changes,I had to TRY! to contact you and get new information to just get back online! since Dec 5th I have never recieved a e mail support message or reply from DTS, Half your local numbers are disconnected,From day one I asked for a refund ,before I even connected, (couldent get online or ahold of ya for two days after signing on) and was told to read the fine print! This time it is enough,It has just cost me more money for I had to get another ISP,(That worked) Just to get connected and recieve my buisness E-mail,, I am asking for a prorated refund on the balance of the remaining one year contract,As a copy of this letter and all saved data will be sent to FTC and BBB,if we can't resolve a prorated refund for your very poor connection,service and support within three working days !
I feel I have been more than fair,I also had two friends sign up with you, They feel the same way I do, That sure put me in a embarassing spot,when I refered you and they have the same problems..also tryed to contact you several times, ofcoarse they can't get online either....
