I don't know whether the Employees are dishonest, stupid or merely incompetent.  I ordered a 64 MB Smart Media Card and recieved a 32 MB Smart Media Card, but was billed for a 64 MB Card.  I phoned them three times and was promised the Card would be picled up and My vis acard creditied.  Neither event has happened. Apparently they have never heard of or cannot manage an RMA, which is what I sought the first time I called them.
